My best friend, Teak—my sweet English Setter—brings me so much happiness, laughter, and love. That’s what I want to share. As I walk or bike around the Mad River Valley, camera in hand, I ask families or individuals I pass if I may take their portrait—with a dog (there must be a dog!).

During these times, I’ve been turning inward, paying close attention to all that I’m feeling. My artistic soul always knows when it’s time to be quiet—and when it’s time to move. That time has arrived. I’ve emerged with the Awakening Love Project.
This project is inspired by the love I see all around me, as people slow down, take time to talk, and reconnect. I’ve longed for the world to pause, to bring me back to a gentler time, when life moved more slowly.
