MAD HIIT COLLECTIVE is offering AFFORDABLE AND FUN COMMUNITY FITNESS Each class involves short bursts of exercise followed by brief recovery periods, repeated in intervals to boost metabolism, and improve strength and stamina. These classes use functional movements and are adaptable for all levels!

Monday's 7am - 8 am. (8am - 9 am starting Nov 2nd)
Thursday's 7am - 8 am. (8am - 9 am starting Nov 2nd)
Friday's 5:45am - 6:45 am
Saturday's 8am - 9 am. (check schedule for current Saturday offerings)
$10 per class/ $100 for an 11 class punch card
