Our special screenings feature a dynamic mix of documentaries, Q&As with directors, film festivals, outdoor recreation films and works by local filmmakers. From thought-provoking stories that raise social awareness to community celebrations of cinema, each event invites you to watch, reflect, and connect.
Sat, Mar 14Big Picture Theater & CafeMAD ARTS, with art show Zero Celsius, brings you Reynolds' art video, The Word for Weather is Knowledge. The screening will be followed by a lively exchange, ranging from the special place of Greenland today to art and environmental awareness, celebrating McKibben's recent book, Here Comes the Sun.
