Speakeasy Film Society proudly invites you to a 30th Anniversary screening of “The Birdcage.” Queer cabaret owners (Robin Williams and Nathan Lane) falsify the nature of their relationship as their son introduces his fiancé’s right-wing, conservative parents. A classic across cultures, “The Birdcage” encourages acceptance through humor while highlighting themes of pride.
