The Big Picture Theater & Cafe closed its doors on November 9, 2024. Now it is time to think about a possible future that will guarantee a continuation of all the good that this important community hub has to offer. 

 

Vermont is famous for its resistance, strong sense of shared responsibility, and a barn raising mentality. When hardship shows up, so do we. As neighbors, as friends, as strangers who care for the overall quality of life in this beautiful little Valley and this unique state. If we all pull together, we can maintain the Big Picture’s wonderful communal spirit. 

 

So we need your help. We are looking make the Big Picture into the Bigger Picture - a community owned collective with a strong, active board that will work towards the maintenance and growth of what the Big Picture has represented over the years: a place to gather, have meaningful conversation, be joyful, eat, drink, sing, dance, create and play.
